is easy to operate by any operator. Shearing capacity is 4mm-25mm and shearing length is 2500mm to 6000mm E21S controller for easy programming of the backgauge position and keeping stroke counts. Equipped with automatic backguage with high precision ball screw and linear guide.
Structure

Control System
Equipped with Estun E21S economical numerical control system,
which is one of most stable controller of plate shear; E10S,TP10S and DAC310T system of Delem company in the Netherlands is optional, which is able to control the cutting strokes and blades clearance automatically.
Motor and pump
Global op brand Siemens motor or Chinese Wannan brand motor ensure
stable power input; American brand Sunny/First gear pump made of high-strength cast iron,
unique internal noise reduction design and can withstand high pressure.
High performance integrated valves
Adopts with Rexroth valves,with oil pressure overload protection and rare oil leakage; Real time oil pressure monitoring to ensure smooth oil circuit and stable running of the equipment.
High accuracy backgauge
High precision back guide with high accuracy ball screw and linear guide, powered by high performance step motor with inverter or servo motor.
Solid squaring
Solid squaring arm with ruler, installed on the left side of the machine to ensure the cutting precision. Working table with hard transfer balls. Medium precision ensure the workpiece is not matched on request. We can equip the machine with brush tables.
