1. This machine requires dedicated person in charge. Operators must carefully read the instruction manual and the CNC system operating manual before operating the machine;
2. When operating with multiple personnel, ensure that there are no unsafe conditions before depressing the foot pedal switch or pressing any button to avoid accidents;
3. When the machine is operating, the work surface and lower die must be free of any tools or sundries. The workpiece must be free of defects such as weld scars to prevent damage to the mold;
4.The maximum operating pressure of the system must be set strictly according to the nominal bending force (this pressure is set at the factory and must not be changed without authorization); The load per unit length for standard dies should be less than 1000 kN/m. Special dies and thin dies generally have lower loads. Refer to the load capacity in the die specifications. Do not overload to avoid damage to the machine or die. Our company is not responsible for damages caused by overloading the machine;
5. Electrical insulation and grounding must be safe and reliable;
6. Hydraulic system maintenance and care:
1) Check the oil level in the oil tank regularly. If it's low, add clean and filtered hydraulic oil. The machine uses YB (or YC)-N32 (or N46) hydraulic oil. After three months of initial use, the tank must be cleaned and replaced with fresh oil. Thereafter, the oil should be replaced 1-2 times annually, depending on usage. Hydraulic oil gradually degrades during use. Once it reaches a certain level of deterioration, it must be replaced promptly, which ensure proper lubrication of all moving parts in the hydraulic system, reduce friction and minimize wear, thereby guaranteeing the system operates normally for extended periods.
2) After one month of trial operation, clean the oil filter for the first time (using gasoline or trichloroethylene, then blow dry). Clean it regularly every two months thereafter. If clogging is detected during operation (signal indicator lights up) or the oil pump emits a sharp noise (cavitation), clean the oil filter immediately. If the oil filter is damaged, replace it immediately.
3) The air filter is installed on the fuel tank cover. Clean it for the first time after two months of trial operation, and clean it regularly every four months.
4) If leakage is detected in the pipelines, tighten the pipe joints. If this does not resolve the problem, replace the joints. The high-pressure oil pipe may also need to be replaced in some cases.
5) When installing components on the high-pressure oil pipe, the following procedures must be followed:
- The pipe must be cut at the correct angle, remove burrs from the pipe end, ensure the pipe interior must be cleaned thoroughly.
- The nut and ferrule should slide freely on the pipe, with the thick side of the ferrule facing the nut.
- Lubricate the pipe threads, ferrule, and nut. Initially tighten by hand, then use a wrench to tighten the nut by 1 to 1.25 turns.
6) If the valve block leaks, replace the O-ring and combination seal ring immediately.
7. Keep the machine clean and lubricate it on schedule to extend its service life. Regularly check all mechanical fasteners for looseness and inspect the lubrication and wear of the slider guide rails. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Only resume operation after identifying and resolving the issue.
8. When the machine is idle for an extended period or under maintenance, lower the slider to its lowest point (upper punch and lower dies in contact).
9. Users should always keep a stock of randomly supplied machine spare parts and accessories for maintenance purposes.
10. Conduct regular inspections. After maintenance, ensure the machine meets the precision standards specified in the qualification certificate.
