Finite element analysis is used to analyze the deformation and safety factor

of key mechanical parts of the machine tool to ensure the high rigidity

requirements of the machine tool as a whole and the reliability of long

term use.

Sanxin pure electric cylinder mainly adopts servo motor control to

ensure accurate positioning and consistency of bending angle.

Compared with hydraulic system, it does not require hydraulic oil,

consumes less power while working, and has no complex pipelines,

thus reducing leakage risk and maintenance costs. The electric

cylinder is easy to integrate with CNC system to realize automation

and complex bending operations, and can quickly and smoothly

perform acceleration and deceleration bending operations. Due to

less wear and tear of moving parts, it can achieve a longer life.

The electrical cabinet consists of motors, controllers, sensors, variable

frequency drives and cooling systems. The French Schneider Electric high

current-carrying capacity switch cabinet ensures stable power supply for

high-demand industrial equipment through low-resistance copper busbars

and optimized design to reduce energy loss. It has advanced ventilation and

cooling design, compact layout, and space saving. It can be upgraded and

expanded according to specific needs without replacing the cabinet, in line

with international standards(e.g., IEC 60439-1).
